Converse Premium Labs reserves the right of the first pick from any litter. These decisions are typically made prior to breeding/whelping and will be clearly communicated to our families.

$500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your individual selection with the remaining balance due on puppy pick-up day

Deposits are accepted upon completion of the Converse Premium Labs personal phone interview

Because we our blessed with the reputation of our breeding program our puppies are in great demand, most have deposits on them and are sold before they are born or soon thereafter. We recommend that families reserve their puppies early

Deposits will be accepted on an individual basis and puppies reserved in the order in which they are received

Converse Premium Labs preferred online payment method is Venmo. CPL also uses Cash App Zelle and accepts Major Credit/Debit Cards. Deposits placed via Venmo (Friends) will be effective immediately upon payment confirmation. Payments sent via by Credit/Debit as well as Venmo and CashApp are subject to the service fee that is charge by the credit/debit card institutions and the client is responsible for paying all fees when using all above services.

Deposits placed via personal check or money order will be held for 5 business days while awaiting payment by US Postal Service. If the payment is not received within 5 business days the current deposit will be released.

Color and gender preferences are recorded upon receipt of the deposit

Deposits may be changed from color or gender per availability up to but not less than 10 days prior to whelp.

CPL deposits are non-refundable*. Once CPL receives the deposit one's puppy is secured, and the new CPL Family member is placed on the “Wait List." At the time of the deposit, we request the client’s information: name, address, phone#, email address, the litter they are interested in, and their puppy's color and gender preference. Our clients will select their puppy(ies) in the order in which we receive their deposits. If at one's selection time their preference of puppy isn't available but there are puppies available to choose, the client has the option of selecting any available puppies from the current litter, any other puppies that CPL may currently have available, or they can roll their deposit to a future litter for one year from the date of the deposit. Refunds of a deposit is on a one-on-one basis approved by CPL and if only all the puppies are sold from the litter in which the client placed a deposit.

*Deposits for our puppies are non-refundable. Once we accept your deposit, CPL turns away potential buyers of your puppy securing your puppy(ies) for you.  In some cases, refunds of a deposit are done, but on a one-on-one basis approved by CPL and if only all the puppies are sold from the litter in which the client placed a deposit. Please contact us for additional information.

Once a deposit is placed, families receive emails, text messages, and videos throughout the whelping process.

Balances are due at the time of puppy pick-up.

*Limited Registration - no breeding rights

Full Registration (Breeding Rights) is available for an additional fee to pre-approved breeders or show homes.

There are purchase price discounts for Full Time US Service members, law enforcement/first responders, client who purchase multiple puppies from current litters and CPL Families who have previously purchased a puppy from us.
